We want to make sure your Sunspace Porch Windows are working properly and remain easy to use. Please contact us using the form below if you are having any trouble or just have a question. We are here to help!
- LIFETIME WARRANTY on the ViewFlex Vinyl Glazing provided you follow our recommended cleaning. Simply remove the panel and drop off at our office for a no-charge repair or replacement. We will have it ready for you to pick-up after one business day.
- LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY on screens from manufacturing defects. Sunspace Twin Cities will provide a no-charge replacement of defective screens but this does not include labor for installation. Damaged screens are not under warranty by Sunspace.
We have a couple of different options for you to deal with a damaged screen:
Adhesive screen patches can cover a small hole or cut. These are available at local hardware stores or HERE on Amazon.
You can purchase a roll of replacement screen through Home Depot and replace it yourself or by a local handyman. HERE is a video showing how that is done. BetterVue or Clear View screen matches the high visibility screen that we use by default.
If you are local in the Twin Cities area we can send someone out to replace the screen for you. We charge $200 for coming out to do one screen, and then $50 for each additional screen done at the same time.
